
Start by immersion blending (or using a regular blender) to make a purée: blend 3 oz water, 1oz agave or simple syrup, 1/2 oz lime juice, the zest of 1/2 an orange, 3x2” long slices fresh ginger until combined, then strain into a new glass.
While the ginger juice strains, juice 5 oranges into a shaker with ice. Add the ginger juice, 6 oz Field Trip botanical, and shake until chilled and frothy.
Pour a little bit of honey onto a small plate, and add tajin + salt to another. Roll the rim of your glass around the honey, then follow with the tajin + salt.
Strain into your glass and enjoy 🍹
